Canada needs a Conservative government.

Prime Minister Trudeau betrays himself in his wordy answers given daily in front of his house.  His "Team Canada" mantra has become just smoke, and Canada is more polarized and divided than ever.  His revealing verbal style doesn't contain the faintest glimmer of any understanding that he is responsible for the national discord.  The rationalizer Trudeau seems more able to apologize for the failures of those long dead in history, than recognize that his own conduct has fallen very short.
Trudeau was elected in 2015 with a majority mandate, promising a sunny kind of politics.  Then he offended the nation so deeply that he nearly lost it all.  Canadians have clearly tired of his brand of politics -the preening theatrics, vapid virtue signaling, topped off with embarrassing scandals and too many broken promises.  His decision-making during the Covid-19 situation has stumbled and patched its way along, and the consequences of the errors will soon come to light.
Canada deserves better.  Our democracy permits us to choose a new Leader when the Prime Leader stumbles.  The Conservatives will soon have their ballots in the mail for a new Leader.  We can only hope that the next Conservative Leader will manage to deliver to us a national election, and a Conservative majority government.  Canada desperately needs improvement.
Conservatives are offering up a desperately needed change from the "make it up as we go" Liberal disjointed incrementalism.  They have no idea how to set the table, so Canadians can earn a way out of the present fiscal disaster.  It is only the Conservatives who are able to balance the budget within five years.  They have the predisposition and courage to reduce red tape and the unreasonable regulatory burdens for the business sector.  Canada is in disastrous financial shape, and the Liberals have no real plan.
Trudeau is still maneuvering for a UN Security Council seat, and he is not going to get it.  In geopolitics, has anyone heard the United States, Europe, Russia, or China, if Canada is within their scope of concern?  Trudeau wasted away any international stature Canada ever had.  Canada's presence on the world stage, and even influence with our allies is now virtually none.  Within Canada, his public prejudice against Alberta and Ontario Premiers is obvious, despite his pledges for a harmonious federation.  Trudeau's Liberals have shown themselves to be shameless in their willingness to promise one thing, and deliver another, but voters notice.  The refusal to even acknowledge Conservative Party questions about future fiscal plans is telling.
The Conservatives are offering a break with the narcissistic preposterous Trudeau.  In stark contrast, the Conservatives recognize that sound fiscal management is an unavoidable precondition for growing a productive economy.  The Conservative climate change plan is honest and rightly recognizes Canada's small contribution to carbon emissions, and that it is technology, not rhetoric and taxes, that will allow us to gradually reduce our reliance on burning fuel for energy.  Canada could be fully energy self-sufficient, both for economic and security reasons, if it were not for the Liberals.
Life has been relatively good in Canada, but we cannot presume that it will always be that way.  The world does not owe us prosperity or security.  Our many blessings are being squandered without wise management and realistic plans.  Only Conservatives have the values rooted in respect for free markets, an appropriate role of limited government, human rights, and the Parliamentary system.
Canada needs those who can foster our prosperity and unity at home, while confidently confronting international challenges. The choice is clear. Canada needs a Conservative government.
